QIS OPTIMAL SOLUTIONS LTD specializes majorly in Non Destructive Testing (NDT) services (Conventional and Advanced methods) and Corrosion Protection/Prevention services. We have qualified and competent certified personnel to carry out the following services below but not limited to them;
CATHODIC PROTECTION
QIS provides complete cathodic protection services, covering: feasibility studies, site surveys, detail design packages, materials procurement, erection supervision, start-up and commissioning, periodical controls and maintenance.
NDT TESTING (CONVENTIONAL & ADVANCED)
QIS OPTIMAL SOLUTIONS LTD perform conventional and advanced Non Destructive Testing (NDT) Services including but not limited to; Radiographic Testing, Ultrasonic Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing, Liquid Penetrant Testing. These methods can evaluate the structural integrity of a structure without destructive means.
DESTRUCTIVE TESTING
QIS OPTIMAL SOLUTIONS perform Desturctive Testing Services including but not limited to; Tensile Testing, Impact Testing, Compression Testing, Hardness Testing. This is done in order to evaluate a structures performance, reliability and structural integrity.
CORROSION PROTECTION & PREVENTION
QIS provide a wide range of cathodic protection (CP) services and solutions that prevent and control corrosion as a part of asset integrity management. In order to prevent corrosion from damaging and tearing down valuable assets, cathodic protection systems are installed.
ROPES ACCESS
QIS OPTIMAL SERVICES LTD offer the Installation and Maintainance of Ropes Access Systems that enable accessing difficult-to-reach locations throught the use of ropes, harness and other specialized equipment, as well as many safety measures to ensure total safety of employees and staff.
MARINE SURVEY
QIS OPTIMAL SOLUTIONS LTD has competent crew equipped with the most current potential survey data gathering facilities. In potential survey of underwater installations QIS deploys her experienced divers with the required submersible equipment to achieve the set goal within the target time.
